Summer Getaway to Boracay

Promo Mechanics:

1. Open to active/non-expired members of THE BODY SHOP Love Your Body Club, SMAC and SMAC Prestige.

2. Members with a single receipt purchase of 1500 from March 10 to May 31, 2023 at any of our stand alone stores and online (thebodyshop.com.ph) will entitle a member to an e-raffle entry. The raffle entry will automatically be awarded once Membership Card is provided.

In-Store: Tape receipt will prompt Members of his/her participation to the raffle entry.

3. Members who purchase participating products are entitled to double e-raffle entries.

4. Raffle prizes to be won are as follows:

First Prize:  1 (One) Winner of 3 days & 2 nights at Le Soleil De Boracay Hotel with free breakfast and Mabuhay Miles for a roundtrip flight for 2 adults

Only hotel accommodation will be provided.

Roundtrip flight to Boracay will be provided in the form of Mabuhay Miles. Winning member must have a valid Mabuhay Miles account to claim the prize and is bound to Mabuhay Miles Terms & Conditions.

Second Prize:  1 (One) Winner of P30,000worth of The Body Shop products

Third Prize: 1 (One) Winner of P15,000 worth of The Body Shop products

5. Members must present/enter his/her Love Your Body Club, SMAC or SMAC Prestige membership card upon purchase to be entitled to join the raffle. Non presentation of membership will not be entertained at a later time. No membership card, no e-raffle entry.

6. Promo duration is from March 10, 2023 to May 31, 2023

7. Draw schedule, to be witnessed by FDA representative.

Draw date:

- June 16, 2023 for all Prizes.

First Prize: 1 Winner of 3 days & 2 nights at Le Soleil De Boracay Hotel with free breakfast and Mabuhay Miles for a trip to Boracay.

Travel block out dates: April 5-9, 2023 (Holy Week) December 20, 2023-January 2, 2024 (Christmas and New Year) March 18, 2024 to May 31, 2024

Third Prize: 1 Winner of P15,000 worth of THE BODY SHOP products

8. All winners will be notified via email (feedback@SMAC.ph) to determine when and where they can claim their prize.

9. E-raffle promo is open to all SMAC, SMAC Prestige and LYBC registered members with ACTIVE Non- Expired membership card.

10. Electronic raffle will be held at 9th floor SM Retail Head Quarters, Diokno Blvd, Pasay City.

11. The promo organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of FDA.

12. Winners must present the following when claiming the prize:

a. Love Your Body Club Card, SMAC or SMAC Prestige Card

b. One Government Valid ID (with photo and signature)

Note:

- Winners are subject to sign a consent form to ensure that all information gathered are valid and true and to be used for validation purposes only for this promotion.

- Prize is not convertible to cash or another prize item.

- Winner have up to 60 days from the days of notification to claim the prize with specified travel duration excluding BLACK OUT dates, and shall be considered forfeited if not claimed within 60 days.

- In case, winner won’t be able to claim prize, Member must provide authorization letter with valid ID of winner to claim prize.

- All employees of The Body Shop Philippines, their advertising agencies and relatives, up to the second degree of affinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion.

- The Body Shop Philippines may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

13. Please be advised that in redeeming Miles for award ticket issuance, taxes and fees, such as those identified below are being collected from the passenger.

- Philippine Travel Tax

- Airport Terminal Fee

- Fuel Surcharges

- Security and Insurance Surcharges

- Aviation Security Fee

- VAT

- and in some instances, country of destination may require their own specific taxes

Same taxes and fees are being collected for all tickets issued (purchased tickets or tickets using Miles).

The winning member shall shoulder these Government-imposed fees.
