Terms and Conditions:
1. Promo is open to all SMAC and SMAC Prestige members with unexpired cards.
2. Members who purchase the Buy 1 Get 1 Free products* with single receipt purchase of P2,500 are entitled to 1 (one) e-raffle entry. The more purchase they make of the participating products*, the more chances of winning.
3. Qualified members may get a chance to win one (1) of three (3) roundtrip flights to Japan via Philippine Airlines. Prizes are awarded in the form of Mabuhay Miles credited to the Mabuhay Miles account of the winning members. All prizes are equivalent to roundtrip flights from Manila to any international destination of their choice.
4. Winning member must have a valid Mabuhay Miles account and upon verification, Mabuhay Miles shall be credited to their account within thirty (30) working days.
5. Prizes are not transferrable nor convertible to cash.
6. Member may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once he/she gets the prize of higher value.
7. Only individuals 18 years and above will qualify for the promo.
8. E-raffle draw will be held online on January 8, 2024 under the guidance and supervision of a DTI or FDA representative.
9. Verification and notification of winners will be done by SMAC (Digital Advantage Corp). Winners will be notified by SMAC via social media posting, SMS, phone call, and via registered mail.
10. Information of winners of this campaign is subject to processing before posting.
11. Promo does not include hotel booking and/or accommodation.
12. Promo will follow the program policy on eligible tenders for SMAC points awarding.
13. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupons. All employees of SM, Digital Advantage Corporation, Philippine Airlines, Inc., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promotion.
14. Promo organizer's decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.
15. Promo valid for The Body Shop stores only and is not available on The SM Stores.
