STORE SUPERVISOR

You must have huge amounts of enthusiasm for our brand and believe in the way we do business. We’re looking for people whose retail expertise is second to none, to share responsibility with the Area Operations Manager to drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results.


  • Lead and drive a customer focused store team while maintaining a harmonious and efficient store operations.
  • Ensures the highest degree of standard of performance of the store operations team through effective and consistent cascade of trainings and coaching.
  • Maintains timely and accurate reporting and feedback to Area Sales Manager, back office and or operations team on pressing matters pertaining to store operations and manage store inventory.
  • Ensures that all Corporate and Company operations policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to Security, HR, Warehousing, Accounting and all areas of Operations and any known infractions thereto are likewise communicated to the proper management authority/ties immediately.
  • Communicate and cascade New Store Promotions, control and meet sales /performance metrics of the store.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Management, Marketing and allied courses.
  • Required Skills: Background in area sales operation supervision, sales and channel management, retail business management, operations management, inventory, concession and merchandising.
  • At least (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess strong leadership and motivational skills, flexible and responsible role models with the ability to lead and drive their respective team in developing consumer loyalty and awareness to build The Body Shop Brand.

STORE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Undertakes store-wide upkeep, renovation, and new project-site deliverables and ensures that infrastructure, equipment, and store facility projects are all executed within Brand, quality, and cost parameters.


  • Graduate of BS Architecture, Interior Design or Fine Arts.
  • Has a good grasp of the following computer aided design applications:
    • AutoCad
    • Sketch Up
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe In-Design
  • Possesses exceptional Project Management Skills.
  • Eager and open to accept work travel opportunities across the country.
  • Communicate and cascade New Store Promotions, control and meet sales /performance metrics of the store.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for processing accounting transactions and preparation of accounting reports on sales, financial statements, budget variance, and other reports pertaining to the operations of the stores, and the Company in general. The individual is responsible in assisting the Accounting Supervisor, Officer or Manager in the performance of functions relative to sales audit, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.


  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting Allied Course.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the over-all supervision of the functional accounting operation of the assigned section. Responsible in the consolidation, preparation and validation of accounting reports in the areas of sales, payables, receivables, inventory and general accounting. The individual will likewise be responsible in assisting the Accounting Manager in the over-all management of Accounting Operation within the handled section and ensure compliance of personnel assigned in the respective section in terms of adherence to accounting operational systems, functions and Company Rules and Regulation.


  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
  • CPA licensed applicants preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field is required.
  • Candidate must be highly analytical, organized, with keen attention to details, and results-oriented.
  • Exposure and knowledge in the use of ORACLE an advantage.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

The Accounting Manager assist management in making decisions through timely submission of financial reports. The individual ensures the proper implementation of policies, and procedures in safeguarding the Company’s assets and internal control trough periodic audit functions of all store / company transactions and supervision of the Accounting Department. The incumbent also takes the lead in preparing the financial statements and external reports required by government agencies and other concerned parties.


  • Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant with minimum of 3 years working experience in all facets of Accounting, in a similar or higher capacity.
  • Proficient in the use of any Automated Accounting System, preferably ORACLE and updated knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standard ( PFRS)
  • Effective team lead, results-driven, highly analytical, organized, with keen attention to details.
  • Willing to be assigned in MOA Complex, Pasay City.
MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR

Utilises retail insight from data analysis for development of assigned category and maintains ideal profit margins through category ranging, pricing, corporate sales, promotions, and implementing projects that contribute to growth. Maintains a portfolio of ranges and develops new icons within category and implementing growth strategies as defined.


  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Allied courses.
  • Must have working exposure in the fashion or beauty retail industry.
  • Enthusiastic, fun-loving and updated with the latest beauty and fashion trends.
  • High level of idea conceptualization and creativity.
  • Exceptional Oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with use of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel.
  • Efficient, results driven, organized, strong line-management skills, resilient and a good teamplayer.
  • Willing to be assigned in MOA Complex, Pasay City.
