The Accounting Assistant is responsible for processing accounting transactions and preparation of accounting reports on sales, financial statements, budget variance, and other reports pertaining to the operations of the stores, and the Company in general. The individual is responsible in assisting the Accounting Supervisor, Officer or Manager in the performance of functions relative to sales audit, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the over-all supervision of the functional accounting operation of the assigned section. The Accounting Manager assist management in making decisions through timely submission of financial reports. The individual ensures the proper implementation of policies, and procedures in safeguarding the Company’s assets and internal control trough periodic audit functions of all store / company transactions and supervision of the Accounting Department. The incumbent also takes the lead in preparing the financial statements and external reports required by government agencies and other concerned parties.

  • Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant with minimum of 3 years working experience in all facets of Accounting, in a similar or higher capacity.
  • Proficient in the use of any Automated Accounting System, preferably ORACLE and updated knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standard ( PFRS)
